Litigation.

We represent lenders who need to initiate legal action to protect their interests, as well as lending institutions that have been or are being sued as a result of problem loans or other business activities. This work includes loan collections, judicial foreclosures, receiverships, pre-judgment attachment proceedings, and lender liability claims.

 

Transactions.

Our firm handles transactions, from simple to complex, which arise in the lending process. We assist lenders in all aspects of the lending transaction, including title review, loan documentation, work-outs, modifications, and extensions.


Asset Management.

We specialize in the area of problem loan management, from identification of a problem loan through disposition of assets. We closely partner with various non-judicial foreclosure companies making the foreclosure process a seamless transaction so that lenders need only have one point of contact through both the litigation and private sale process.

 

Bankruptcy.

We also handle creditor bankruptcy claims on behalf of lenders, including those involving requests for relief of the automatic stay in order to effectuate judicial and non-judicial foreclosure.
