We prepare all documents required to successfully complete the transaction, including real estate contracts, deeds of trust, notes and other financing instruments.  We also represent the interests of landlords or tenants in maximizing value in commercial leases. Foreclosures

 

We represent individuals and business owners, as well as lenders, in all matters related to foreclosure. We help property owners identify ways to keep your property or to dispose of it at minimal cost to you. We assist lenders by paying close attention to detail to make certain that their interests are protected.


Real Estate Litigation

 

We handle a wide array of real estate litigation matters, including title actions and title defense, mechanic’s lien actions, condemnation claims, construction litigation, professional liability (i.e. broker, inspector negligence), lending matters, and claims for homeowners associations, cooperatives and condominium associations.
